Hallo,
da ich kurzfristig Frankfurt zum Jahresende verlassen werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für meine schöne 53qm große Wohnung in Bockenheim. Die Wohnung wurde vor einigen Jahren saniert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, nicht abgewöhnt, da ich Pendler bin.
U-Bahn (Kirchplatz) und Bus sind unmittelbar zu erreichen, so dass man in 7 Minuten an der Hauptwache ist. Gute Bars, Restaurants, Fitness und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß auf der Leipziger Straße zu finden.
Gerne möchte ich ein paar Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. Sie sind in einem top Zustand und ich möchte nur eine kleine Abschlagszahlung. Die neuwertige Küche wird vom Vermieter gestellt. Ein Südbalkon mit Skylineblick komplettiert die Wohnung. 520 EUR pro Monat sowie 150 EUR NK pro Monat sind ein mehr als fairer Preis.
In Bockenheim am Kirchplatz. Sehr gute Anbindung mit der U-Bahn, S-Bahn (Westbahnhof) sowie Bus. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt aber auch im ruhigen Niddapark
