schöne 2,5 zimmer wohnung in zentrale Frankfurt

Hallo,

Ich suche eine Nachmieter ab 1st Febraur (ein/zwei woche früher oder später ist immer möglich)für meine schöne 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Sehr Zentral mit supermarkt, post, apotheke und bus/bahn/strassebahn Verbindung im 2 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr rühig und sonnig auch in Winter. Es ist Warm in winter und Kalt in Sömmer.
Die Wohnung hast ein komplette Einbaukuche,Aufzug,keller, Fahrrad keller und eigenen Parkplatz. Die einzug Datum is flexible und wir können gerne das abstimmen. Ich möchte gerne eine Nachmieter haben,die meiner Waschmaschinen, kuhlschrank und Geschirrspuler für eine kleine preis übernehmen können.

i am looking for a nachmieter/Tenannt for my appartment from end janaury/ beginning of febraury 2017 onwards. the appartment is 65 square meter with 2.5 rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is very sunny and central and everything is 5 min walk e.g. it has two different bus, tram and sbahn stops. supermarket, post, apotheke, gym etc.

I will be leaving my new washing machine, fridge,dishwasher that are fitted really well into the kitchen and bathroom for a price of 500 euros.
If you want you can also buy more additional furniture but that is purely optional.

The appartment has a storage room,bike storage place,and a common garden area included. A garage space is also included and can be rented additionally.

fyi: a stable income proof is required by the owner of the appartment.
