Ich miete selber seit dem 01. Juli die Wohnung. Allerdings möchte ich noch nicht einziehen, denn ich habe derzeit noch eine zweite Wohnung. Ich suche daher einen/e Zwischenmieter/in, der/die ein paar Wochen lang in der Wohnung bleiben möchte (siehe Zeit der Untermiete). Dieses Angebot ist also perfekt für eine kurze Bleibe in Frankfurt
Die Wohnung verfügt leider noch über keine Möbel. Ein Schlafsofa, eine Küche, Bad-Badewanne sowie Garten sind allerdings vorhanden. Falls Interesse vorhanden, bitte melden, damit Du Dir die Wohnung anschauen kannst.

I´m renting the apartment and want to stay at my current place still for one month. Therefore I´m searching for a renter who wants or need to stay in Frankfurt just for some weeks.
There aren´t any furniture but a daybed. You would have a bad, kitchen, patio and much place for your own.
Just write me or give me a call. The apartment lies next to Bockenheimer Warte and you find shopping possibilities just some minutes by walking. There is a subway station (Leipziger Str.) next to the apartment.
It´s worth noting that just one person will be accepted to stay in the apartment for the time indicated.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Stadtmitte. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegen sowohl Bus- sowie Ubahn-Haltestellen.
Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Goehte-Universität, vom Campus Westend und Bockenheimer Warte auch.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein paar Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.
Es wird lediglich eine Person zur Zwischenmiete gesucht.
