Enter the flat you have a full equipped kitchen and bathroom located in the middle of the apartment. The living room with balcony is located to the left . The big room has approx. 21 m2, furnished with a small sofa-bed, small table and a bookshelf. The glasses provide plenty of natural light.
Kitchen has a small table that could be use for breakfast or just folded to provide more space. There is wash-machine in the badthroom and kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The 5 m2 Balcony has a view to Niddapark, it has a small wood table with two chairs, it is perfect to have nice breakfast or just relax and enjoy a sunny day.
The second room has approx. 13 m2 is equipped with a queen size bed, a big wardrobe with mirrors and a drawer.
Kindly note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

The apartment is well located Bockenheim, close to everything you need, Bus line 34 just stop in front of the building, Kirchplatz U-Bahn (lines U6 and U7) and Westbahnhof (S3, S4, S5, S6) are reachable within walking distance. Downtown and Zeil are 5 minutes away with U6 and U7, Sachsenhausen, Haupbahnhof, Commerzbank Arena and Frankfurt Airport are easily reachable with S-Bahn. Tram 16 Frauenfriedenskirche stop is also located very close.
If you like jogging or just go for a walk Niddapark and Grüneburgpark are nearby.
Leipziger Straße is just around the corner, the place offer a great variety of food options, you will also find here REWE, Aldi, Backfactory, Zalando, DM, Alnatura, Tchibo, Deutsch Bank, Commerzbank, Bahn Thai and many others.
Around the area there also plenty of restaurants.
Bockenheimer Warte and Göethe University are also very close.
If you like sports you have Sport Fabrik Gym, it is the next building and Niddapark is just 2 minutes away.
