Eine wunderschöne 3-zimmerwohnung wird voraussichtlich zum 1.9.21/15.9.21 frei. Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete. Es gibt ein großes ca. 20 m2 Wohnzimmer, und2 ca 15m2 große Zimmer. Alle mit echtem Dielenboden, hohen Altbauwänden und Stuck. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. 1 Zimmer hat einen Erker und es gibt einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Hausgemeinsschaft ist super nett, ebenso die Vermieterin. Zudem gibt es Küche und Bad sowie ein separates Klo und ein trockenes Kellerabteil sowie Fahrradständer vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße der Leipzigerstraße und ist nur schweren Herzens abzugeben. WGs sind leider nicht möglich. Einige Möbel würde ich dalassen (u.a. Einen großen Ikea Pax Schrank- passt perfekt in die Wohnung und wurde so angepasst.
