I am offering my flat in Frankfurt/Bockenheim as a sublet from 1 April for one month. It is a well located mezzanine flat in Jordanstraße, close to the university campus Bockenheim. The city centre, the old town, the Museumsufer and the local parks are all within walking distance, and there are excellent public transport connections. The flat has just under 60 square metres, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The hallway can also be used as a living room due to its shape. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the rooms can be rented furnished or partially furnished. The flat is ideal for a two-person flat share. The costs amount to 500 €.

Die Lage ist super. Von der Wohnung aus sind alle Punkte Frankfurts einfach zu erreichen. Zu Fuß kommt man entspannt zu allen Campi und auch die Innenstadt und viele städtische Parks sind in Laufnähe. Die Anbindung im ÖPNV ist ebenfalls exzellent, direkt neben der Wohnung fahren die Tram 16, der 32er und der 36er, in 5 Minuten ist die Bockenheimer Warte zu erreichen, dort fahren viele weitere Busse und U-Bahnen. Der Westbahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls in sehr kurzer Distanz, sodass S-Bahnen kurzfristig erreicht werden können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen ebenfalls in sehr kurzer Nähe, alle gängigen Supermärkte befinden sich in kurzer Distanz und die Leipziger Straße bietet viele weitere Möglichkeiten. Durch die kurze Nähe zum Uni Campus Bockenheim ist das Viertel recht studentisch geprägt, aber auch abgesehen davon ist Bockenheim ein wunderbar vielseitiges Viertel!

The location is great. All points of Frankfurt are easy to reach from the flat. You can easily get to all the campuses on foot, and the city centre and many city parks are within walking distance. The public transport connections are also excellent: Tram 16, the 32 and the 36 leave directly next to the flat, and the Bockenheimer Warte is only 5 minutes away, where many other buses and underground trains leave. The Westbahnhof is also a very short distance away, so that suburban trains can be reached quickly. Shopping facilities are also very close by, with all the usual supermarkets within a short distance and Leipziger Straße offering many more options. Due to its close proximity to the Bockenheim university campus, the neighbourhood is quite student-oriented, but even apart from that, Bockenheim is a wonderfully diverse neighbourhood!
