2 room apartment in the center of Bockenheim for interim rent out for the short-term as I will be traveling during my vacation. The flat is fully furnished with an integrated kitchen, washing machine, bedroom, etc. It is very bright and has quite a big and cozy balcony.
I am looking for someone who will take care of the furniture responsibly and keep the flat clean. Ideally one person, but since the flat is quite big, it can allocate two persons as well, happy to discuss the individual needs. No registration is possible since its a short-term.
Only for the short-term from 29.05.2022 to 27.06.2022 (dates can be negotiated). The price of 800 EUR includes all charges e.g. wifi, electricity, water, heating, etc.

2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zentrum von Bockenheim zur kurzfristigen Zwischenvermietung, da ich während meines Urlaubs auf Reisen sein werde. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit integrierter Küche, Waschmaschine, Schlafzimmer etc. Sie ist sehr hell und hat einen recht großen und gemütlichen Balkon.
Ich suche jemanden, der sich verantwortungsvoll um die Möbel kümmert und die Wohnung sauber hält. Idealerweise eine Person, aber da die Wohnung recht groß ist, können es auch zwei Personen sein, gerne nach Absprache. Keine Anmeldung möglich, da es ein kurzfristiger Begriff.

Location is very central 3 minutes walking distance to Leipziger Strasse with lots of cafes and very nice places to enjoy summer days. Public transportation is accessible with c.a. 5 min walking to Ubanh stations Leipziger and Kirpchplatz. Bockenheim and especially Lipziger Strasse is very international and district with number of top restaurants and cafes.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Leipziger Straße mit vielen Cafés und sehr schönen Plätzen, um Sommertage zu genießen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mit ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Ubanh Stationen Leipziger und Kirpchplatz erreichbar.
