I am looking for a new tenant for my 2-room apartment in Bockenheim near to Leipzigstr. The apartment has a large, bright living room (facing south), a spacious kitchen room and a bedroom facing inner yard. The apartment has been painted recently. It's well-located, the Kirchplatz station is 5 minutes walk away and you get to city center in 7-10 minutes.
If you are interested, please send me a message, viewing is possible over the weekends with prior appointment.
To forward your application to the landlord, you must agree to take over the kitchen and a few appliances: a large, well-maintained refrigerator(Bauknecht) and a washing machine(Bosch). Some smaller items could be left for free :) In total I would ask for 300e for stuff in the kitchen.
