Ich suche einen Zwischen- bzw. Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung (60qm und Mansarde) mitten im Bornheimer Kiez in der Ringelstraße, Nähe Berger Straße ab dem 15. Oktober 2013 bis zunächst 31. Dezember 2013. Die Wohnung ist sonnig, charmant, hat zwei Zimmer mit Dielenboden und Wohnküche und hat eine super Lage mit Restaurants, Bars, Markt, U-Bahn etc. gleich um die Ecke. Eventuell auch Übernahme als Nachmieter möglich - Interessenten müssen aber bei der ABG Frankfurt Holding als wohnungssuchend gemeldet sein. Da die Küche komplett von mir eingerichtet wurde, möchte ich bei einer erfolgreichen Nachvermietung einen Abstand für neuen Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle, Anrichte von 1000 Euro. Bei Interesse bitte um kurze Info zu Beruf.
