Hallo miteinander,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mitten in Frankfurt, die ich echt ungern hergebe. Leider ziehe ich aus Frankfurt weg und somit muss ich mich trennen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock aber kein Problem da Aufzug vorhanden.
Es ist 1 Raum aber die Küche ist in einem extra Raum (sehr klein) mit Tür, was super ist wenn man kocht.
Zu der Wohnung gehören 2 Balkone. Von dem einem direkten Ausblick auf die neue EZB.
Das Badezimmer ist schmal aber es reicht auf jeden Fall aus. Aber da gute ist mit Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist generell sehr schön hell.
Der Vermieter verlangt eine Kaution von 3 Kaltmieten, also 1155€ aber keine Provision!!!
Und ein regelmäßiges nachweisbares Einkommen ist von Vorteil! ;-)
