Liebe Suchende, da ich Frankfurt aus beruflichen Gründen verlasse, suche ich jemanden, der kurzfristig meinen Mietvertrag übernimmt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein kleines Tageslicht-Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC. Unten im Hof gibt es einen abschließbaren Schuppen für Fahrräder und unter dem Dach kann man Wäsche aufhängen. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit insgesamt 8 Mietparteien, Hausmeisterservice ist vorhanden (=keine Kehrwoche). Es gibt ein abschließbares Kellerabteil zur Wohnung, ca. 3m2 groß. Die Wohnung ist Altbau, d.h. Deckenhöhe 3,30m :-). Geheizt wird mit Nachtspeicheröfen, derzeit liegt die monatliche Vorauszahlung für Strom bei 115€. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche mit Spüle, Herd und Backofen und Schränken, wird aber ansonsten UNMÖBLIERT vermietet. Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. ---------------------------------------------------------- Dear searchers, as I am leaving Frankfurt jobwise, I am looking for someone to take over my rent contract. The flat has two rooms, a kitchen, a small bathroom with daylight and a separate toilet. In the backyard, there is a lockable shed for bikes. Under the roof, there is space for drying clothes. The flat is on the 3rd floor, the house has 8 tenants altogether. Caretaking service is available = no need to clean the communal areas. More storage solution is in the cellar, with a lockable compartment, around 3m2. The height of the ceiling is 3.30m, and is heated by night storage heaters. The monthly prepayment for electricity is currently 115€. The flat includes a kitchen with hob, oven and a sink. Beyond that, it is rented UNFURNISHED! There is no washing machine.
3 min zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Bornheim Mitte (U4), 10 min mit der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Berger Straße mit zahlreichen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Gegenüber des Hauses ist ein penny-Markt und um die Ecke ein Rewe-Markt (geöffnet bis 24.00), jede Menge nette Cafés und Kneipen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider nicht besonders gut. Der Autobahnanschluss Frankfurt-Ost/Hanauer Landstraße ist 5 min entfernt. ----------------------------------------------------------- The subway station Bornheim Mitte (U4) is just a 3 min walk away, in 10 min you can reach Frankfurt central station. The flat is close to Berger Straße, which provides plenty of possibilities to go out for a drink or have some coffee. For grocery shopping, opposite of the house is a penny supermarket and just round the corner a Rewe supermarket (open until midnight). Unfortunately, parking is difficult in the area. The motorway access "Frankfurt Ost/Hanauer Landstraße" is 5 min away.
Die Wohnung ist bis auf die Küche NICHT MÖBLIERT. Haustiere sind leider von Vermieterseite her nicht erlaubt. Die Kaution beträgt 1.200 Euro. Telefon, Internet und TV sowie Strom und GEZ ist in der angegebenen Miete nicht enthalten. Derzeit betägt die monatliche Vorauszahlung für Strom 115€, für Telefon/Internet/TV kommen ca. 30€ dazu, so dass die Gesamtmiete bei rund 600€ liegt. Currently, the montly prepayment for electricity is 115€, TV/Internet/TV is about 30€, so that the overall rent is about 600€.
