Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für eine sehr gepflegte Altbauwohnung an der Grenze Nordend-Bornheim (U4/U5 Höhenstraße); zur Bergerstr. kommt man in 5 Minuten, dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Haus wurde vor meinem Einzug 2012 kernsaniert. Mit allen Kosten inklusive Telefon und Internet komme ich monatlich auf ca. 1.000 Euro. Die Küche muss für 500 Euro abgelöst werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Bad mit Wanne, Fenster und genügend Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen Balkon (Südwest) zum ruhigen Innenhof, groß genug um Wäsche aufzuhängen oder zu essen.
Es handelt sich um eine der beliebtesten Wohnlagen in Frankfurt. Güntersburgpark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio und Discounter) um die Ecke. Zur U-Bahn Station Höhenstraße 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß, dort ist auch die Bergerstr.
Die Wohnung wird provisionsfrei angeboten, weil sie bis zum 1. April vermietet sein muss. Die Küche muss vom potentiellen Nachmieter aber für 500 Euro abgelöst werden. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand (siehe Fotos), sie wird aber unrenoviert übergeben.
