Hallo Zusammen,
unsere geliebte Wohnung, eine 62m2 große Altbauwohnung in Bornheim ist seit dem 15.02. frei.
Die Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich in der Burgstraße, direkt gegenüber dem Günthersburgpark. Es gibt einen Balkon, einen Innenhof für Fahrräder und ein mehr oder weniger brauchbares Kellerabteil. Die Einbauküche und die Waschmaschine (zusammen 550€) würden wir gerne da lassen, beides ist top in Schuss. Wir zahlen 970€ Frankfurter Warmmiete (alles drin außer Strom und Gas), haben freundliche Nachbar*innen und einen entspannten Vermieter.
