For the time of our stay abroad, we are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful flat (77m²) in Bornheim. It has a total of three rooms, the smallest of which (approx. 12m²) we will use ourselves when we visit home. When we are not there, however, it is available. We (or one of us) plan to be in Frankfurt for about 2-3 weeks per quarter.

Diese hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, von denen wir das kleinste (ca. 12m²) bei Heimatbesuchen selbst nutzen werden. Wenn wir nicht da sind, steht es jedoch zur Verfügung. Wir (bzw. einer von uns) planen pro Quartal ca. 2-3 Wochen in Frankfurt zu sein.
The property is located in a lively residential area in Frankfurt am Main Ostend. Several bus and tram lines and the U4 and U7 underground lines run nearby. You can reach several restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, doctors and bakeries on foot. There are also several green spaces and parks, bars, gyms, fashion shops and two bookstores.
