Hallo,
da ich mit meinem Studium fertig bin und aus Frankfurt wegziehe, suche ich einen passenden Nachmieter für meine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung in einem grünen ruhigen Wohngebiet, die 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den UBahn Stationen Fritz-Tarnow-Straße und Hügelstraße entfernt ist. Von da aus ist man in 4 Minuten am Campus Westend und in 8 Minuten an der Hauptwache. Es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Penny) und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, einem Bad mit Fenster und Dusche und einer ausgestatteten Küche. Im Keller gibt es einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder oder ähnliches. Das Wohnzimmer ist möbiliert mit 2 Sofas, einem Fernseher, 3 kleinen Tischen und 2 Stühlen. Nach Bedarf können auch gerne ein Schlafsofa und 2 Billy Bücher Regale übernommen werden. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vohanden. Kommt gerne vorbei und schaut sie euch an.
