Ich vermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für 4 Monate! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 45 qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur und einen kleinen Balkon. Sie liegt im 2. Stock und ist komplett möbliert mit allem was man braucht, außerdem gibt es im Keller noch einen Fahrradraum.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Dornbusch, also in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Eine Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn-Station sind ca. 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele Parkplätze, außerdem eine Bäckerei, Kiosk und 2 Restaurants direkt nebenan. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (z.B. REWE) sind ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und alle weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man gut mit der Bahn erreichen.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 4 Monate, da ich für diese Zeit ins Ausland gehe. Somit bleiben natürlich alle Möbel in der Wohnung und ich bitte um sorgsamen Umgang damit. Bei dem Zeitraum kann man über +/- ein paar Tage natürlich gerne reden. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir bitte eine Mail mit ein paar Worten über dich!
