Da ich ab Anfang Oktober 2018 bis Mitte März 2019 ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich meine Wohnung möbliert zwischenvermieten.
Die Anfang des Jahres kernsanierte Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 1. OG.
In der neuen Küche ist eine Spülmaschine, ein Waschtrockner (Miele) und ein Induktionskochfeld vorhanden.
Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine Badewanne.
An das Schlafzimmer grenzt ein kleiner Balkon.
Da ich meine Möbel in der Wohnung zur Verfügung stelle, suche ich eine*n zuverlässige*n Zwischenmieter*in. Daher freue ich mich über eine kurze Vorstellung von euch.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig. Es gibt optimale Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr.
