Ich werde für 2,5 Monate verreisen und möchte meine Wohnung während dieser Zeit untervermieten.
Die gemietete Wohnung ist 40 qm2 und voll möbliert. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Arbeitsecke (mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl) und einem Sessel, wo man mit Büchern oder Filmen entspannen kann. Ein kleines aber feines Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Bett (120*200 cm). Küche und Badezimmer sind ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.
Internet bei mir ist schnell und stabil, geeignet für Home-Office und Studium.
Ich werde die Wohnung nur an eine Person oder maximal zwei (nach Vereinbarung) geben. Ich habe einige Pflanzen im Wohnzimmer, es wäre schön, wenn du sie regelmäßig gießen kannst :).
Hinweis: Ich werde alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände außer den Möbeln ausräumen, bevor du einziehst, damit du auf jeden Fall Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast.

I will be traveling for 2.5 months and would like to sublease my apartment during this time.
The rented apartment is 40 sqmm2 and fully furnished. There is a living room with a small working corner (with a desk and chair) and an armchair where you can relax with books or movies. A small but nice bedroom with a big closet and a bed (120*200 cm). The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped.
Internet at my place is fast and stable, suitable for home office and study.
I will give the apartment only to one person or maximum two (by agreement). I have some plants in the living room, it would be nice if you can water them regularly.
Note: I will clear out all my personal belongings except the furniture before you move in so you definitely have room for your own stuff.
Nur 10 Minuten mit den vier U-Bahnen U1, U2, U3 und U8 zur Hauptwache und 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. (Die Haltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Penny, Nahkauf, Rossmann, etc.

Only 10 min with the four subways U1, U2, U3, and U8 to Hauptwache as well as 15 minutes to the main station. The stop is only 2 minutes walk away. Nearby are numerous shopping facilities such as Rewe, Penny, Nahkauf, Rossmann, etc..
Alle Mitbewohner im Gebäude sind super freundlich, der Vermieter auch :). Er weiß schon Bescheid, dass ich die Wohnung untervermiete. Wenn in der Wohnung etwas kaputt geht, kannst du dich an ihn wenden.
Ich finde die Umgebung am Dornbusch sehr toll. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Park, den Sinai-Park, in dem man joggen oder laufen kann. Es ist recht ruhig, obwohl die Lage nicht so weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist.
Für die Möbel verlange ich eine Kaution von 800 Euro, die du nach deinem Auszug zurückbekommst.
Kaltmiete für einen Monat: 600 Euro
Nebenkosten inkl. Strompauschale und Internet: 75+35=110 Euro
Insgesamt: 710 Euro/Monat. Für April berechne ich eine halbe Monatsmiete = 350 Euro.
Bitte schreibe mir ein paar Worte über dich, wer du bist, was du in Frankfurt machst und warum du die Wohnung für diese 2,5 Monate mieten möchtest.
Eine Online-Besichtigung ist möglich.

All apartment-mates in the building are super friendly, and the landlord as well :). He knows that I sublet the apartment. If something gets broken in the apartment, you can ask him for help.
I really enjoy the neighborhood at Dornbusch. There is a park right across the street, Sinai Park, where you can go for a walk or run. It’s quite quiet, even though the location is not that far from the center.
For the furniture, I would like to require a deposit of 800 Euros, which you will get back after moving out.
Basic rent for one month: 600 Euro
Utilities incl. electricity flat rate and internet: 75+35=110 Euro
Total: 710 Euro/month. For April I charge half a month's rent = 350 Euro.
Please write me a few words about yourself, who you are, what you do in Frankfurt and why you want to rent the apartment for these 2,5 months.
