Ich suche ab dem 01.08.16 eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Wohnung in Frankfurt-Fechenheim.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (ca. 84qm), Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und Küche (ist drin). Echtholzdielen, große Fenster, helle Räume und hohe Decken inklusive. Alle Zimmer sind vom großen Flur aus begehbar. Großer Wohn- Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und kleines Büro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau (3 Parteien, 2. OG) im alten Stadtkern von Frankfurt Fechenheim. Sie ist super gelegen - Supermarkt, Bäcker, Post, Bank, Apotheke etc. < 1 Min fußläufig erreichbar. < 2 Min zum Main und < 5 Min zur nächsten S-Bahn Haltestelle. Viel Wald/Feld und ein Badesee sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt. Bei Interesse können Teile der Möbel übernommen werden. Nach Möglichkeit ab 01.08. zu vermieten - je früher, desto besser! Die Wohnung kostet 790€ kalt, 150€ NK. Nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter kann auch ein Zimmer untervermietet werden oder eine WG daraus entstehen (bitte Größe der Zimmer beachten).
