We are looking to rent out our 3-room flat in East Frankfurt, district Fechenheim-Nord near Bergen-Enkheim.
The apartment is 84 m² and features another 8 m² room upstairs,if you want, which has been used as a bureau, which gives you 92 m² of total living space. There is also a garden behind the house for your enjoyment.
The apartment has night storage heating as well as a fireplace and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are partly furnished

It is located directly at the forest, easily reachable by car via the A66 or A661 and is well connected to public transportation with the underground station Bergen-Enkheim about 800m, the bus station 100m and the tram station 700m away, of which the latter stops close to EZB. A train station is about 900m away, which is directly connected to Frankfurt main station.
Hessen-Center Aldi, Lidl , Kaufland and others are reachable by car in 5 Minutes.
Monthly rent is 1,250€ and 210€ utilities, which are paid monthly in advance. The utility cost accounting will be done the following year.
