The flat comes unfurnished but we wish to find a new tenant who would buy our whole furnisture when moving in, for 500 euros (washing machine, 1 table + 4 chairs, sofa, 3 storage closets, one mattress... basically all furniture seen on the pictures).
Perfect for a couple or a single person arriving in Frankfurt !

Lively neighborhood with many restaurants/bars and all kind of shops available by foot. (Leipziger Str. is a five minutes walk).
Messe is a 10 minutes walk.
Really convenient location, close to the city-centre but also close to the nice outdoor swimming-pools and parks. Not so difficult to park a car in the neighborhood.
