Hi everyone, I'm renting my apartment for a short stay during the Christmas/New Year holidays. It is perfect for someone planning to spend Christmas in Frankfurt :) The flat is fully furnished and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is very central (2 mins from Leipziger Street, Bockenheim) with lots of nice cafes and restaurants just around the corner.
I have already booked my tickets and made my Christmas travel plans, therefore the dates from 24th of December until 2nd of January are fixed and cannot be negotiated.
The intended rent is for one person, however, as the flat is quite spacious it can accommodate two people easily. Stay for more than one person along with the price can be discussed based on your needs.
If you are interested, please drop me a message with a couple of sentences on yourself and the purpose of your stay. As I will leave my belongings in the flat, I want to have responsible guests :)

Hallo zusammen, ich vermiete meine Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt über die Weihnachts-/Neujahrsferien. Sie ist perfekt für jemanden, der Weihnachten in Frankfurt verbringen möchte :) Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (2 Minuten von der Leipziger Straße, Bockenheim) mit vielen netten Cafés und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.
Ich habe bereits meine Tickets gebucht und meine Weihnachtsreisepläne gemacht, daher sind die Daten vom 24. Dezember bis zum 2. Januar fest und können nicht verhandelt werden.
Beabsichtigt ist die Miete für eine Person, aber da die Wohnung recht groß ist, können problemlos zwei Personen untergebracht werden. Der Aufenthalt für mehr als eine Person und der Preis können je nach Ihren Bedürfnissen besprochen werden.
Wenn Sie interessiert sind, schicken Sie mir bitte eine Nachricht mit ein paar Sätzen über sich selbst und den Zweck des Aufenthalts. Da ich mein Hab und Gut in der Wohnung lassen werde, möchte ich verantwortungsvolle Gäste haben :)

Location is very central 3 minutes walking distance to Leipziger Strasse with lots of cafes and very nice places. Public transportation is accessible with c.a. 5 min walking to Ubanh stations Leipziger and Kirpchplatz. Bockenheim and especially Lipziger Strasse is very international and district with number of top restaurants and cafes.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Leipziger Straße mit vielen Cafés und sehr schönen Plätzen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mit ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Ubanh Stationen Leipziger und Kirpchplatz erreichbar.
