Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage und sehr günstig. Das kommt zu Stande weil es sich um einen unrenovierten Altbau handelt. Die Toilette befindet sich im Flur außerhalb der Wohnung und wird mit der Nachbarin geteilt. Die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist, dass die Küche und einige Möbel für 1750€ abgenommen werden müssen.
Für alle die damit keine Probleme haben ist diese Wohnung eine schöne Lösung. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Skyline und der Grüneburgpark ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
