There is a small storage space (which we use for groceries and a washing machine + dryer) but the appartement also has a dedicated shared laundry room downstairs. Besides the laundry room, you have your own shed in the basement to store additional items. Appartement has an elevator & dedicated bicycle storage.
The apartment will be available from February, we are looking for a period rental of a year minimum. Please note that this apartment is unfurnished with the exception of the kitchen which includes a refrigerator, small freezer and oven. However, we can discuss selling some of the furniture.
