I am searching for a temporarily leaser / renter for my Apartment from January 2019 till summer 2019 in Frankfurt , Europaviertel. Minimum 4 month, starting 1. of January 2019 . The end ist more flexible.
My apartment (66qm2 , build in 2010, Passive house*) provides a large living room, wifi, one bedroom, an open kitchen with full equipment, a modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is clean, in good condition and well furnished.
The central location allows you to reach many destinies within walking distance: tram (5 minutes), train station (8 Minutes), bus (1 minute), central station (just 1 train station apart), Airport (15 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes by train), Highway (7 minutes), Frankfurts greatest and latest Shopping centre “Skylineplaza” (15 minutes), fair (10 minutes), supermarket (3 minutes), city center (10 minutes by train).
The rent is: 1300 EUR per month (all included internet, TV, water, electricity, trash etc). I can also provide a cleaner (not included in rent).
