- Hi guys, I am looking for new tenants for my 3 room flat (2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen).
- The flat will be available from April 1, 2019. As a requirement from the landlord, the lease must be a minimum of 1 year. The flat is 52 m2.
- The rent is 1,070 and includes everything (utilities, internet, etc.). The deposit is 2 month rent (2,140).
- The flat is located just next to the train station Galluswarte from which it takes you 5 mins to get to the main train station of Frankfurt, hence it is centrally located. The buses and trams also go through the train station so you can get everywhere from there.
- There are many good restaurants, barbershops, and supermarkets (Rossmann, Penny, etc.) within walking distance.
- Skyline Plaza is 10 min walk.
- As I purchased some furniture when moving in, I'd like therefore pass on it to the next renters. The cost is approximately 110 and everything is still new and in good condition.
