und Keller. Sie ist für Single, couples oder WG geeignet . Ein paar Möbel müssen übernommen werden (inklusive kühlschrank und Waschmaschine)
Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur weniger Minuten zu fuß zu Gallus S bahn station. Nur 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und weniger Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Skyline plaza ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Warmmiete ist 940 Euro , enthält Heizung und aber NICHT Strom kosten.
Die Mietdauer ist unbefristet, Kündigungsfrist ist 3 Monate.

We looking for a new tenant for out beautiful 2 - room Apartment, in Gallusviertel, Frankfurt am Main.
It is on the 1st floor, Modernly furnished, and includes a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage unit in the basement. It is suitable for a single tenant, a couple or 2 people looking for a shared flat. Furniture must be purchased ( washing machine included)
The location is great. Gallus S bahn station is only a few minutes walk away. Skyline plaza is 7 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and there are many kiosk and other supermarkets available nearby.
The net rental is 940 Euro including the heating but not the electricity cost.
The Rent period is unlimited, and the notice period is 3 months.
