This single studio apartment offers a kitchen equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, stove top and ample cabinet storage. An ensuite bathroom is available in the studio containing a spacious shower. The apartment comes equipped with a study desk, console table should you wish to bring a television, a dining table and a bed (bed size: 120 x 200 cm). There is also a wardrobe at the front of the apartment with plenty of storage as well as storage underneath the bed. The building also provides a wide range of services and features (more details attached to the ad).
Please note electricity, water and wifi is included in the price. You will be taking over the rental contract from me which has 4 months left but you have the option of extending for either 6 months or 1 year.
You have to be a student or doing an internship to qualify since this is student housing. Anmaldung possible.
The apartment is located right next to a Penny's grocery store and walking distance to Rewe, Rossmans and many others. It takes only a 7 minute walk to get to Galluswarte station which is one stop away from Frankfurt main station (HBF). There is also a wide selection of restaurants and cafe's close to the apartment.
