Von super bequemem Queensize Bett, über Office Ecke, offene voll ausgestattete Küche, Badewanne, Entertainment System bis hin zum großen Südbalkon mit voller Sonne den ganzen Tag und einem riesigen Grill. Mein Heim ist zum Wohlfühlen geschaffen. Das Haus ist relativ neu; somit perfekt abgedichtet (absolute Privatsphäre). Eine moderne Abluftanlage sorgt für ein stetig mildes Klima.

I rent out my beloved 2room apartment in the beautiful front Gallusviertel.

Amenities: My apartment offers all the amenities your heart desires. From super comfortable queen size bed, office corner, open fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, entertainment system to large south facing balcony with full sun all day and a giant grill. My home is made to feel comfortable. The house is relatively new, thus perfectly sealed (absolute privacy). A modern exhaust air system provides a constant mild climate.

Das vordere Gallusviertel ist sehr grün, die Frankenallee ist 2 Minuten entfernt und bietet viel Raum für Spaziergänge. Im Gallus selbst findet man alles was das kulinarische Herz verlangt und mehr.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, 10 Minuten Fußweg braucht man zum Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny direkt im Haus, Skyline Plaza 5 Minuten entfernt!

The upper Gallusviertel is very green, the Frankenallee is 2 minutes away, and offers plenty of space for walks. In the Gallus itself you can find everything your culinary heart desires and more.
The tram stop is right outside the building, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the main train station.
Shopping facilities: Penny directly in the house, Skyline Plaza 5 minutes away!
