zum November ziehe ich aus meiner sehr schönen 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Frankfurt aus. Sie hat 60 qm, hohe Decken, ist sehr hell, liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, Bad mit Badewanne, EBK inkl. Spülmaschine gehört zur Wohnung dazu. Außerdem gibts einen schönen großen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof raus. Die Wohnung ist auch WG-geeignet (2 getrennte Zimmer).
Warmmiete (inkl. Heizkosten) beträgt 1090€.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Dir sollte bewusst sein, dass die Umgebung so seine Vor- und Nachteile hat: Sie ist unglaublich zentral, quasi alle Öffis direkt vor der Tür, du bist einfach sehr schnell überall, tolles Essen in unmittelbarer Umgebung usw. Die Wohnung liegt relativ "ruhig" (verglichen mit anderen Straßen und Ecken in der Umgebung), aber natürlich ist man auch mit Obdachlosigkeit, Drogenszene, racial profiling usw. konfrontiert. Wenn dich das nicht abschreckt, melde dich gerne!
Wichtig: Die Hausverwaltung möchte, dass man berufstätig ist, sich nicht mehr in der Probezeit befindet und mindestens das 2,5-fache der Nettowarmmiete verdient (das ist leider Voraussetzung).
Die Balkonmöbel und einen kleinen Küchentisch lasse ich hier, den Abschlag dafür können wir gerne miteinander besprechen.
