Ich muss beruflich umziehen und suche ab 1.3.2012 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Gallusviertel (4. OG ohne Aufzug-- sportlich!). Die Gegend ist recht ruhig und sehr zentral bzw nahe an der Messe. Die Wohnung ist ca. 55 m2, die Zimmer sind sehr gut geschnitten, mehr quadratisch. Sie gehen beide vom Flur ab, ebenso wie das kleine Wannenbad mit modernen Fliesen und die große Küche mit Einbauküche, die zur Wohnung gehört (Herd, Kühlschrank, Küchenschränke. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer aus betreten wird und eine Durchreiche von der Küche aus hat. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller. Die Wohnung wude vor knapp einem Jahr frisch renoviert, die Wände sind weiss und der Boden ist mit Laminat oder hellen Fliesen.
Gallusviertel: Einkaufmöglichkeiten: REWE und LIDL sehr nahe
Galluswarte ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß
Sehr nahe der Messe und Bockenheim (Uni)
Zwar gallus, aber recht ruhig!!!
