Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Messe, Gallus und Platz der Republik. Perfekt für Pärchen.
Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stockwert (das Haus besitzt einen Aufzug), hat eine Einbauküche und ist mit Laminat verlegt, außerdem wurde es erst vor kurzem gestrichen.
Das Schlafzimmer (ca. 20 qm groß) ist durch die großen, doppelten Fenster sehr schön beleuchtet. Am Wohnzimmer grenzt der Balkon an von dem man über den Innenhof sehen kann. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer trennt eine Ziegelsteinbar. Das Badezimmer ist gefliest beinhaltet eine Badewanne, Waschbecken und die Toilette.
Am Ende der Straße kann man bequem in einem Supermarkt einkaufen, außerdem gibt es mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe.
Am Ende der Straße gibt es eine Straßenbahn Verbindung, außerdem ist es nur 5 Minuten zu laufen zur S- Bahn Station „Galluswarte“, genauso wie zur U-Bahn Station „Messe“.
