Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe (2 Gehminuten mit) vom Bushaltestelle schloßborner straße und Tram 11/21(7 Gehminuten) . Innerhalb 10 Min zum Rewe, ALDI, LIDL, PENNY usw. Die S3-6 fahren direkt zum Frankfurt Hbf, Hauptwache, Konstablerwache use.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer- Wohn-, Schlaf- und Kinder/Arbeitszimmer.
Die Küche ist natürlich mit Spülmaschine, vielen Schränken und Riesenkühlschrank mit ebenso großen Gefrierfächern.
Von deinen Nachbarn sowie deinem Mitbewohner hörst du nie was, also ist das ganze Haus sehr ruhig.
Ein Keller ist vorhanden und eben so ein Abstellraum in Dach, Parkplatz kostet ungefähr monatlich 5 Euro.
Die Voraussetzung ist,
1. 500 EURO für Liminat und Küche usw.
2. Nachmieter kann beweisen dass er verdient mehr als 1500EURO seit 3 Monate.(Für Wohnheim GmbH Frankfurt)
