Da mein Studium zu Ende ist, muss ich meine schöne Wohnung leider aufgeben:
Die helle 1,5,-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 35 qm Fläche
ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig,
da die Fenster nicht zur Straße raus gehen.
Man ist in 3 Minuten bei der S-Bahn "Galluswarte",
also in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten an der Hauptwache.
Ansonsten hat man auch alles, was man braucht gleich um die Ecke:
man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten bei verschiedenen Supermärkten,
in 10 Minuten beim Einkaufszentrum "Skyline Plaza".
Es gibt eine Badewanne und die Küche ist auch voll eingerichtet,
Fahrrad kann man im Hof anschließen,
außerdem gehört noch ein Keller dazu.
Für eine Person ist die Wohnung ideal!
3 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahnhaltestelle "Galluswarte",
also 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, knappe 10 Minuten zur Hauptwache.
Supermärkte (Penny, Rewe) sind fußläufig in c.a. 5 Minuten erreichbar,
Das neue Einkaufszentrum "Skyline Plaza", wo es ALLES gibt, in c.a. 10 Minuten.
An den Vermieter muss eine Kaution gezahlt werden,
an mich ein Abschlag wegen der Küche und des Laminats.
