Die Wohnung hat zwei helle, gleich große Zimmer, eines davon hat einen Balkon. Die Küche ist klein, aber hat alle essentiellen Dinge, um gut kochen zu können. Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt, in der Wohnung daneben ist eine Physiotherapie, insofern stört es auch niemanden falls es mal abends ein bisschen lauter wird.
Die Frankenallee ist ruhig, grün und das schöne Gallus bietet eine Auswahl an Bars, Cafés und Supermärkten. Die S-Bahnstation Galluswarte ist nicht mal 5Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und dort kann man auch in die Tram 11 oder 21 steigen.
