We're looking for a new tenant for our 3-room apartment starting on the 1st of October. The apartment is very bright and modern. We were the first tenants. It has a big bathroom with a bathtub, a huge mirror, and an integrated radio. There's also a guest bathroom with a shower. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, floor heating and a balcony.
The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people or a family and has a cellar, a bike room, and a playground for the little ones.

Sie verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne, einem großen Spiegel und einem integrierten Radio. Es gibt auch ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche. Die Wohnung verfügt über Bodentiefe Fenster, Fußbodenheizung und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Personen oder eine Familie. Des Weiteren stehen ein Keller, ein Fahrradraum, und ein Spielplatz für die Kleinen zur Verfügung.
The apartment is located in Gallusviertel with very good public transport (S3, S4, S5, S6, Tram 11, Tram 21, Bus 58, and soon U5).

You have to buy the kitchen from us (with the side-by-side fridge for 4500 Euro negotiable or without the side-by-side fridge for 4000 Euro negotiable). Some of our furniture are also for sell: couch, dining table with chairs, TV, lamps, curtains, etc. If you're interested, we can discuss the price.
