Hallo,
ich suche Nachmieter für eine 3 Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist an der Endhaltestelle Ginnheim und somit direkt bei der Tram Linie 16 oder U-Bahn U1 (beidesmale ca 3min Fußweg). Zur Bockenheimer Warte dauert es ca. 7min mit der Tram.
Rewe, Post, Bäckereien, Apotheken, usw. sind ebenfalls in Laufweite (ca. 5min Fußweg) und man hat eine gute Autobahnanbindung.
Die Wohnung wäre ab 1. Februar 2010 zu haben, gerne auch früher.
Provision ist keine zu zahlen. Allerdings ist u.a. eine EBK in der Wohnung, die ich für 1000,-EUR verkaufen möchte.
Eckdaten zur Wohnung: 3 Zimmer, ca 55qm, WG-geeignet, WM: ca 500EUR, Kaution beträgt 3 MM, EG.
