Schöne möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon (eine Person) zur Untermiete für zwei Monate

Ich gehe für zwei Monate ins Ausland und biete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum komplett möbliert zur Untermiete an. Da ich etwas früher abreise und etwas später wieder Anreise, können wir deinen Aufenthalt bei Bedarf noch um zwei Wochen verlängern. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit 140x200 Bett, Kommode und Regale und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sessel, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Fernseher und Zugang zu einem schönen Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat zu Schlaf- und Essbereich und komplett ausgestattet. Das Bad hat Tageslicht und eine Badewanne. Es gibt auch einen Waschkeller (Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist in der Untermiete natürlich inbegriffen) und einen eigens verschlossenen Fahrradschuppen (wenn es dir etwas bringt, können wir auch drüber reden, ob du mein Fahrrad für die Zeit nutzen möchtest). Für die Nutzung der Möbel und Ausstattung gibt es einen Aufpreis von 75 Euro pro Monat auf die sonstige Warmmiete von 580 Euro (inkl. Internet natürlich). Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Nähe von mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Tram 16, U1/U9, Bus 34, 38 und 64). In die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 20 Minuten, nach Bockenheim 10, ins Nordwestzentrum auch 10. Um die Ecke ist direkt der Niddapark, der zum Joggen und Spazierengehen sehr schön ist.

I am offering to sublet my 2-room apartment fully furnished for the period of two months (September and October 2021). The apartment has a bedroom with a 140x200 bed, chest of drawers and shelves and a living room with an armchair, sofa, desk, dining table, TV and access to a beautiful south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom and living room and fully equipped. The bathroom has daylight and a bathtub. There is also a laundry room (use of the washing machine is of course included in the sublet) and a specially locked bike shed (if you're interested, we could also arrange a bike rental for the period of your stay). For the use of the furniture and equipment there is a surcharge of 75 euros per month on top of the other warm rent of 580 euros (including internet, of course). The apartment is very well located near several super markets, and has connections to local public transport (Tram 16, U1 / U9, Bus 34, 38 and 64). It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center and 10 minutes to Bockenheim. Around the corner is the Niddapark, which is very nice for jogging and walking.
