Hallo,suche Nachmieter für meine Wohnung da ich bereits beruflich in München bin. Für sofort oder ab dem 01.02. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Bei Einzug wurde ein neuer Laminatboden verlegt, der kostenlos zu übernehmen wäre. Darüberhinaus müsste die Küche, welche vor 2 Jahren neu eingebaut wurde übernommen werden (Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank) sowie eine vor 2 Monaten neu gekaufte Waschmachine
