I'm looking for a new tenant for a room in a 2er WG starting from April.
The hause is located in Hausen district. The room is 25m2 and has a bed of 140×200 size. There are two bathrooms with toilet in the haus so you can use the toilet alone. The kitchen is shared and includes everything, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware.

The haus is only 200 meters both to the nearest subway station Hausen, and bus M72, M73 station Hausen. You can get to both the city center and the northwest center within 10 mins.
Besides, you can get to the Niddapark in 2 mins. It's a nice place for jogging and walking. Rewe and aldi are also very close. If you are interested in, pls pm me.
