Meine geliebte Wohnung die ich nicht aufgeben möchte, stelle ich zur Untermiete, da ich aufgrund einer Ausbildung momentan nur an den Wochenenden in Frankfurt bin und an denen bei meinem Freund verbleibe.
Die Wohnung hat eine Traumaussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer.
Die Nachbarn sind alle lieb und nett. Trotz Altbau, finde ich die Wohnung in ziemlich guten Stand, ich habe auch einiges in ihr investiert (Neuer Boden, Herd etc).
Ich lasse sämtliche Sachen wie Teller, Sofa, Staubsauger, Fernseher, für dich da. Internet ist im Preis vorhanden.
Die Waschmaschine ist per. Münze, ein Waschgang kostet jedoch nur 50cent und ist direkt vor dee Wohnung.
Alles ist wirklich um die Ecke. Die S-Bahn ist keine 10 min entfernt und bringt dich in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Bus sowie Straßenbahn sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
