Obwohl die Wohnung zentral ist, ist die Lage ruhig. Keinerlei ÖVM-Geräusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Zeil, sowie Tegut, Netto, Lidl und REWE in der Nähe.
Alle S-Bahnen sowie U4,5,6 und 7 quasi vor der Haustür.
Zur Wohnung gehören: komplette Einbauküche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank & Tiefkühlfach), Badezimmer Schränke, Flurmöbel, evt. noch andere Möbel (falls erwünscht). Alles zusammen für einen Preis von €1000.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig, man kann aber auch mal lauter sein. Die Wohnung ist auch super als WG geeignet.
