Wir suchen Nachmieter ab dem 15.4. oder 1.5. für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche (inkl. EBK), TGL-Bad, separatem WC, grossem Flur.
Alle Zimmer haben sehr große Fenster. Die Wohnung ist also sehr hell. Der "luftige" Eindruck wird noch durch hohe Decken verstärkt. Die Zimmer sind keine Durchgangszimmer, somit ist die Wohnung gut WG-geeignet.
Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören Zentralheizung, Waschmaschinenanschluss, Kabel- und Satellitenanschluss. Ein Schmankerl ist sicher auch die komplette Netzwerkausstattung in allen Zimmern.
Übrigens darf die Wohnung bei Bedarf auch gewerblich, z.B. als Wohnbüro, genutzt werden.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben seriöse, nette Nachbarn im Haus.
Die Verkehrsanbindung läßt sich als optimal bezeichnen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
