ich suche zum 1. Januar 2013 einen Nachmieter für meine absolut schöne, zentrale und günstige Wohnung in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Main und Einkaufsstraße.
Die Wohnung ist 51 qm² groß, verfügt über 2 helle Zimmer (Wohnzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer zum Schlafzimmer), Küche mit Einbauküche, Tageslichtbad und Südbalkon mit Domblick. Das Haus wurde 2010 renoviert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Main befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal für Pendler, die Konstablerwache mit Verbindungen nach Mainz, Darmstadt, Wiesbaden usw. ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
ACHTUNG! Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, sondern bevorzugt an berufstätige Mieter abzugeben!
Es ist eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 500 Euro für die Einbauküche und das verlegte Laminat in Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer und Küche zu entrichten.
