Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 60m2) direkt in der Innenstadt, an der Konstablerwache zum 01.08.2013. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen oder auch WG geeignet.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, Bad und Küche sind gefliest. Bad wurde 2011 renoviert und ist mit einem Wannenbad ausgestattet. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon von ca. 7m2.
Die Küche ist mit fast vollständiger EBK ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine (beides Bosch aus 2011/12), Spüle, Ober- und Unterschränke, Tresen mit zwei Hochstühlen, nur ein Herd muss noch mitgebracht werden). EBK mit Abstand von 1300 € abzugeben.
Im Keller ist ein eigener Abstellraum vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist bei Einzug vom Mieter zu renovieren. Reduzierte Maklerprovision.
