My name is Xu, I will leave Germany on 16th,February,2012, so I am looking for the next tenant for the apartment best from 17th,February 2012.
This a very smart one-room apartment with big space(about 40m2).
The apartment has a some kind of separated kitchen with stove,baker and fridge. And also you will have enough cabinets to keep your cooking tools, or whatever.
The bathroom and toilet are in one small room which is also separated from the main room. Both bath and shower are included.
It also has a cute hall where you can keep your clothes and shoes.
Glad to say, you also have a big balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee time or even barbecue at sunset.
It is located in Im Mainfeld, Niederrad, at the terminal of Tram-15.
You can reach Penny in 5 minutes by foot.
One station to AlDI and LIDL by BUS-51. Two stations to REWE,NKD,Deutsche bank and Rossmann by Tram-15 or BUS-51.
Two stations to Niederrad bahnhof by BUS-79, or you can walk there in 10 minutes.
In a word, the location of the apartment is rather convenient.
Especially. it is quite a good apartment for those who working in the Universityhospital, it is only 5 minutes by bike or you can reach there in about 8 minutes by Tram-15.
There is a storage room in the basement, where you can lock your stuffs.
Washing and drying machines are also located in the basement.
The apartment is not furnitured.
And I have very few furniture left you may have to take over for 100 EURO, if I cannot sell them before I leave. I bought them from IKEA at the end of 2010, so they are very new.
