In dieser Wohnung bin ich selbst nur als Untermieter gewesen, da sie aber nur zeitlich befristet war, musste ich mir eine andere suchen. Um jetzt nicht doppelt zu zahlen, möchte ich sie an einen anderen Untermieter abgeben.
Die Wohnung hat zwei kleine Zimmer, die durch die Küche verbunden sind und ein geräumiges Bad. Im Keller gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen.
In der Wohnung selbst steht ein Bett (140x200cm), ein Schrank, Regale und Kommoden, Schreibtisch und ein Sofa.
Alles ist in Ordnung für den Übergang, es ist allerdings keine Designerwohnung.
Wer etwas zum Schlafen sucht, ist hier richtig, die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig.
Eventuell kann die Wohnung noch etwas länger behalten werden, das müsste aber nochmal mit dem Hauptmieter abgesprochen werden.
Die 700 Euro Warmmiete beziehen sich auf die gesamten Wochen von jetzt bis zum 15.09.2014
