Suche eine Nachmieterin/ einen Nachmieter für eine helle 1,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon, Tageslichtbad und separater Küche (EBK gehört zur Wohnung). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind getrennt. Das Tageslichtbad ist voll gefliest. Süd/West Balkon!
Die Lage ist super: ruhige Seitenstraße; 4-5 Min. zu Fuß bis zur Haltestelle Rennbahn (Bus 61 direkt zum Flughafen und STR21 direkt zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof) und 12-14 Min. zu Fuß zum Niederräder Bahnhof. REWE ist ganz in der Nähe!
Eine Übernahme einiger Möbelstücke gegen Abschlag erforderlich: ganz neue Wohnlandschaft/Schlafcouch; Kleiderschrank, Küchenregal; Gardinen; Bürosessel, Mikrowelle – insgesamt 650 Euro.
Eine Waschküche steht auch zur Verfügung, außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Waschmaschinenanschluss!
