da ich Anfang 2013 für 3Monate in Südamerika bin wird meine Wohnung im Frankfurter Nordend zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung ist hell, befindet sich im 1.OG, ist ca. 55qm groß und ist in einem guten Zustand.
Sie ist unterteilt in ein Schlafzimmer, Bad, ein kleiner Flur und ein kombiniertes Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Ein kleiner Balkon Richtung Innenhof ist ebenfalls dabei.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmöglichkeit und einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Die Wohnung kostet warm 660,00€/Monat.
Super Lage im Frankfurter Nordend. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( u.a. Rewe, Aldi, Penny und Schlecker Markt... ) sowie jede Menge Restaurants und Bars.
Eine U-Bahnhaltestelle (U5) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit der Bahn sind es 2 Stationen bis zur Konstablerwache.
(Typisches StadtLeben-Feeling eben)
Falls Ihr z.B. berufsbedingt in Frankfurt gelandet seid und einen Ausgangspunkt zur unkomplizierten Weiterorientierung sucht, dann ist diese Wohnung perfekt geeignet.
(Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich will die Wohnung unbedingt wieder haben!)
