Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG, das auch das Dachgeschoß ist.
Daher gibt es einige Dachschrägen und Ecken, was aber den besonderen Charme der Wohnung ausmacht.
Trotzdem bestehen gute Stellmöglichkeiten für Möbel. Zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet eine kleine Voratskammer im Wohnzimmer.
Auch ein geräumiger Keller gehört zur Wohnung.
Für den Herd, einen Spül- und zwei Küchenschränke (alles 3 J. alt) fällt ein Abstand von 360€ VB an. Ein Schlafsofa kann auf Wunsch übernommen werden.
Die Wohung liegt je drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Günthersburgpark und der FH!
